1. General Agreement
By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All services provided by Pawlidays Pte. Ltd. (“Pawlidays”) are subject to the terms below.
Pawlidays operates in accordance with the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) standards for pet boarding facilities.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm a reservation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or approved mobile payment methods.
Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Peak season bookings (June, December, Chinese New Year) are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Early check-outs or no-shows are non-refundable.
Any modification or cancellation must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Overdue balances may incur interest (2% per month or the maximum permitted by law).
Pawlidays reserves the right to withhold the release of any pet until full payment is received.
3. Health & Vaccination
All dogs must be in good health and free of contagious illness upon arrival.
Dogs showing symptoms of vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, nasal discharge, open wounds, or skin infections will not be accepted.
Valid DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) vaccination is required, completed within the past 12 months and at least 14 days prior to check-in, as immunity may temporarily decrease immediately after vaccination.
Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccination is highly recommended.
Dogs must be on active tick, flea, and heartworm prevention.
Pawlidays will not be liable for the contraction of contagious diseases such as canine cough, influenza, or parvovirus despite preventative measures.
4. Temperament Assessment
For the safety and comfort of all guests, first-time daycare or boarding dogs may be required to undergo a short temperament assessment.
Pawlidays reserves the right to refuse entry or request reassessment if the pet displays aggression, excessive anxiety, or persistent stress behaviour.
5. Veterinary & Medical Authorisation
Pawlidays may seek veterinary attention at its discretion if your pet requires urgent care.
You authorise Pawlidays to consult any licensed veterinary clinic or professional as deemed appropriate.
All veterinary, medical, or transport costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the owner.
Staff may provide basic first aid for minor issues but are not veterinarians and accept no liability for outcomes.
In critical medical circumstances where the pet is suffering and neither the owner nor the emergency contact can be reached, Pawlidays is authorised to follow the attending veterinarian’s recommendation, including humane euthanasia if deemed necessary and in the pet’s best interest. All associated costs will be borne by the owner.
6. Owner Responsibilities
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health, temperament, diet, and medication.
All pets must be microchipped and licensed under AVS regulations before boarding.
You must provide at least one reachable emergency contact who is authorised to make decisions on your behalf.
You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to another animal, person, or property.
Age Restriction: All pets must be at least 4 months old and have completed their core vaccination schedule before joining daycare or boarding.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all information provided in your booking is accurate and current. Any updates to your pet’s health or contact details must be promptly communicated to Pawlidays.
7. Transport Services
If transport is provided by Pawlidays or a third party, Pawlidays shall not be liable for any injury, accident, escape, delay, or death during transit, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Transport timing may vary due to weather or traffic and does not constitute grounds for refunds.
8. Feeding, Medication & Grooming
Pawlidays provides standard meals unless you supply your own food, which must be clearly labelled, sealed, and within expiry.
We will follow feeding and medication instructions provided in writing, but Pawlidays is not liable for adverse reactions or lack of effectiveness.
Where basic bathing or grooming is provided, minor irritation or nicks may occur. Pawlidays shall not be liable for such occurrences unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Behaviour & Safety
Only non-aggressive and well-socialised dogs are accepted.
Pawlidays reserves the right to remove or isolate any pet that displays unsafe, aggressive, or destructive behaviour, without refund.
While our facility is secure and our staff are trained in animal handling, Pawlidays cannot guarantee absolute prevention of accidents, injuries, or escapes.
The owner agrees that Pawlidays shall not be held liable for such incidents except in cases of proven gross negligence.
10. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations made more than 30 days (45 days for peak period) before check-in may be eligible for a refund, less a 20% administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 30 days (45 days for peak period) of check-in are strictly non-refundable.
Peak season and promotional bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-changeable.
Pawlidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for operational or safety reasons, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
11. Abandonment Policy
Pets not collected within 14 days of the scheduled check-out date will be considered abandoned.
Pawlidays will make at least two attempts to contact the owner and/or emergency contact before rehoming or surrendering the pet to relevant authorities.
The owner remains liable for all outstanding fees and related costs.
12. Liability & Indemnity
The owner understands that boarding and daycare involve inherent risks, including illness, injury, stress, or death.
Pawlidays, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any illness, injury, loss, escape, or death of any pet, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Pawlidays harmless from all claims, losses, or costs arising from your pet’s stay.
In any event where Pawlidays is found liable, total compensation shall not exceed the total boarding or daycare fees paid for that stay.
Pawlidays shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to natural disasters, epidemics, or government restrictions.
13. Data Protection & Privacy (PDPA)
Pawlidays respects your privacy and handles all data in compliance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Personal data is used solely for operational, administrative, and safety purposes.
Data will be securely retained for up to 12 months after your pet’s stay and then deleted unless required by law.
Pawlidays does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except where required by law or emergencies.
